Please read carefully. By purchasing any of our products, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by NSite, Inc, dba National Scoliosis Clinic / MyBackHub / The Scoliosis Solution / The Back Pain Solution (“Company”) and You, and you agree to the following terms stated herein.
The Scoliosis Solution Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in our programs. Company provides a 30 day money-back guarantee for The Scoliosis Solution®. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. The money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of sign-up, contact our support team at support@mybackhub.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59pm PST.
For your refund request, you will need to submit both of the following items:
Submit that you completed the first 10 videos of Scoliosis Realignment Therapy Program 1.
Write a clear request with a few sentences describing why the program did not work for you.
We will not provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments received to date are non-refundable.
The Back Pain Solution Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in our programs. Company provides a 14 day money-back guarantee for The Back Pain Solution. You are welcome to cancel your membership at any time. The money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of sign-up, contact our support team at support@mybackhub.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59pm PST.
For your refund request, you will need to submit both of the following items:
Submit that you download the AI Guided Therapy and performed the exercises for at least 3 days.
Write a clear request with a few sentences describing why the program did not work for you.
We will not provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments received to date are non-refundable, although your subscription and future associated payments may be cancelled at any time.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, Nsite, Inc will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. NSite, Inc does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds. Refund processing time may take 7-10 business days for the funds to clear your account.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through our money-back guarantee, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under this Agreement and NSite, Inc’s Terms of Use. Your access to the program will be immediately removed, including the web portal and online community group.
Please note that refunds are not available for the Curved Spine Assessment or the PostureBackNeck Assessment. Refunds for the Scoliosis VIP Coaching Program and the Curve Specific Therapy Program are handled via our Action-Based Guarantee.
